Returns & Exchanges

At JAUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed and sent to your email via an e-gift card.
